Return and Exchange
Thank you for shopping with DazzleBloom. We want to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. Please read our policy below:
1. Return Window Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unused.

All original packaging, tags, and cards must be intact.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a return for damaged or missing items, a clear, unedited unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is compulsory. Without this video, we will not be able to process your request.
3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at [Your Phone Number] or email us at [Your Email ID].

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address through our courier partner.
4. Refund & Exchange Options Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, you can choose one of the following options:

Option 1 (UPI Refund): The amount will be refunded directly to your bank account via UPI within 3-5 business days.

Option 2 (Product Exchange): You can select any other item(s) of the same value from our website, and we will ship the new product to you at no extra cost.
5. Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
